We are here to listen

ListeningPal was created with the intention of making mental health support accessible and welcoming. Through the practice of active listening, our users are heard, understood, and valued. Our group of trained peer support Pals provide a space for you to process and speak your mind.

Our services are structured in a way that provides you with consistent and reliable support from trained peer support Pals. Our Pal's- people with lived experience with mental health conditions - have completed peer support accreditation.

In a society where trying to solve or fix everything has become the norm, sometimes all we need is to be met where we are and to be validated in our experience.
